Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date and receive a full refund, subject to a processing fee of up to 3.5%.
For cancellations made between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival, 50% of the initial charge will be refunded.
For cancellations within the last 5 days before arrival, guests are eligible for a 25% refund of the initial charge.
Cancellations on or after the arrival date are non-refundable.
Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. The assessment of repair or replacement costs is solely conducted by Enterstay, which reserves the right to request supporting evidence from both the property owner and the guest.
